Default canvas is A4 / 300dpi (dimension may vary upon request).
Clients are required to provide visual references for the character(s). Additional details like personalities, lore, or something that'll help to portray the character(s) better are very much welcome!
Clients can provide illustration requests (composition, poses, etc) through general ideas such as writing and rough sketches.

Terms of service
Upon requesting an order, you have read, understood, and agreed to my terms & conditions.
General
Please provide clear images of your character for reference. Additional details or requests are welcome.
Completion may take up to 1-2 months, depending on how busy I am. Clients are free to ask for progress at any given time.
Clients will be updated for sketch, lineart, and color progress. I will also update my trello for easier tracking.
Major changes can only be done during sketching phase. Only minor tweaks could be made at further process.
I have the right to refuse your commission if I'm unable to complete it, if it contains hateful conduct, or if it goes against my terms of service.
Payment & Refunds
Payment will be issued via Paypal Invoice (USD) or Bank Transfer (IDR).
Payment will be done upfront after sketching phase. Further progress will not be made until payment is done.
Rate changes may be applied depending on the complexity of the commission.
You may only issue a refund during lineart phase. Once I start the coloring stage, refunds will not be available.
Payment will be fully refunded if I'm unable to complete your commission. If you request a refund during the lineart phase, I will keep 25% of the payment as compensation for the art that I've made, as you may keep the remaining progress of the work that had already been drawn.
Usage Policy
Clients are allowed to use their commissioned piece for personal-use only.
Your artwork may be posted on my social media or used in my portfolio. Do let me know in advance if you'd like to keep your commissioned work private!
Clients are prohibited to use the rejected sketches. I am allowed to use them for future artwork as composition bases.
Do not convert my artwork into a NFT or use it for AI. As the artist, I reserve full rights and ownership of the artwork.
For commercial-uses, please inquire me for updated rates.
